How do I charter a flight?

Aren’t all charter operators the same? Shouldn’t I just choose the best priced option like I do with the airlines?
No. Charter operators have varying levels of standards, safety policies, training philosophies and maintenance practices. Like most things, you pay for what you get. Higher quality operators provide services for a fair price, but price alone should not be the only factor in your decision. Many companies operate within the minimum requirements provided by the FAA and a few go beyond the FAA requirements to bring the level of safety to a point equal to or exceeding that of the major airlines. Each year Air Logic invites outside companies to audit its operations. These audits do not just check for compliance with the minimum FAA regulations but do an in depth check of its systems, policies, and philosophies to gage the true level of safety.
How much notice do you need?
In order for Air Logic to provide you with the best service possible, we would need seven days notice. However, if one of our aircraft is already in your city we could be ready in as little as three hours.
How much does it cost?
The cost of a charter flight varies depending on the type of aircraft and the destination. The cost is based on flight time and is charged at an hourly rate of $1300.00, $2100.00, $3200.00 and $4600.00 for the King Air, the Beechjet, the Hawker and the Challenger, respectively. Other fees may be added for such things as catering, landing fees and overnight expenses. We will provide you with a detailed list of costs when you call to book your flight. How do I pay for my flight?
Air Logic accepts major credit cards and personal checks.
Can I book one-way charters?
Yes, but you must be an Atmospheres member to enjoy this service.
How do I reserve a charter?

Do I have a flight attendant?
A flight attendant will be provided on all large cabin aircraft at a cost of $400.00/day domestic and $500/day for international flights.
Can I arrange ground transportation when I book my flight?
Yes. At your request, Air Logic will arrange ground transportation to and from each airport on your trip
How early must I arrive before my flight?
When you charter with Air Logic the flight leaves when you are ready.
What do I need to bring with me to check in?
For security reasons we require each adult passenger to present a valid government issued ID prior to boarding. In addition, international passengers may be required to have a valid passport.
What food and beverages are on board an Air Logic flight?
Air Logic provides standard catering for all flights. Standard catering includes bottled water, and a variety of sodas and snacks. To better serve you, special requests will always be a pleasure.
How much baggage can I bring?
Bring what you want but keep in mind that the smaller the aircraft the less storage room there is. Smaller bags are easier to fit on the aircraft, so more small bags are better than less big bags. What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, we will charge your major credit card ten percent of the scheduled flight charges.
