There are over 3500 air charter companies in the USA and 900 operate turbine equipment. We are proud to be independently rated as one of the top in the business. Every hiring decision is our best business decision! We do a great job hiring. I invest 30 percent of my time in the hiring process of our flight crews. We do have the best flight crews. Because of Air Logic's reputation for safety and service, we are able to attract the best pilots. Not only are our pilots highly experienced and highly skilled, they are our best business development tool. We hire from all aviation backgrounds: Military, retired airline, furloughed airline, fortune 500 aviation companies and charter pilots. These diverse backgrounds add significant value to our overall safety culture. We employ a seven step pilot hiring process which is second to none in the industry.
